By now you are probably very close to your moving date. I want you to know that as much as I enjoy your recipes (I can’t tell you how many I’ve made and all are always wonderful), I also enjoy hearing about your exciting life. And Teo is too, too adorable for words. I’m 81 and babysit my friend’s 2 1/2 year old part of the time and it’s the highlight of my life! Watching children change and their curiosity about everything is wonderful. And they certainly keep you laughing all the time, such little characters!!! Good luck to you and your family, and I wish you the best on your move and for the future.

This site is my go-to for your anwesome enchilada sauce. And that was it. I have NO IDEA what prompted me to read this blog. But I’m so glad I did! Not only am I more mindful to consider who the human creators are behind the websites, I feel like I’ve gained a friend. You certainly have gained one in me.
